 BUS STOP MOVIE REVIEW :

This small budgeted Bus stop Telugu movie has got some kind of good luck because of the postponements so high budget film like Damarukam which was set to release on November 9, 2012 but was postponed and will release on - only God knows when. Even Krishnam Vande Jagadgurum KVJ was initially planned for a release on the 9th but is rescheduled for a release on Friday, November 30, 2012. The Bus stop Telugu movie review is below :

 STORY :

The story of this Bus stop movie revolves around college going youth. The male lead of this film is Sreenu (Prince). The female counterpart is Sailaja (Sri Divya). As in any other random Telugu movie the hero is deeply in love with the heroine. The friends of the hero too have their own love tracks. To keep it straight, there is no set story line for this film to go from the start to the end. The story is very predictable and we Telugu audience are so much accustomed to such.

The prominent part of the film tried showing the moves, attitude, styles, mannerisms, etc of the today's youth and their love or like towards various things viz love, sex, gadgets, etc and the ordeals parents face to keep them in check. The movie also deals the subject of 'trust' between this generations youth and their parents, a soft but sensitive topic to discuss although has only small part to play this film.

The first half of the film is a bit pacy with odd entertainment, said odd because of lots of unwanted double meaning dialogues. Forget about the double meaning dialogues, some of the lines are straight away vulgar, all thanks to our sensor board. Some of the scenes are so unrealistic with no charisma to carry over the story but were added in order to woo the youth. The interval bang should have been dealt with much more care as it lacks the punch.

The second half is dealt with parents emotions as it requires to show the two sides of a coin. The movie ends conveying a good message. Well, for 12 or 13 reels show whatever the non-sense you want and in the last two reels,  film makers try to convey a good message, now that's the trend of most Telugu movies. Who are they fooling? People, i.e audience are much more intelligent than them.

  PERFORMANCES :

Prince and Sri Divya are okay with their performances but at places lacked the cutting edge. The other characters Hasika, Sai Kumar, Murali Krishna and others did a decent job. Director Maruthi has shot this movie with Canon 5D camera unit. JB's music is good but the songs are not with catchy tunes. The editing was good and as well as the cinematography. Dialogues although contained vulgarity at places keeps up with the flow of the film.

  POSTMORTEM :

The producers of this bus stop movie has hit the jackpot as there were no big films released for the weekend added with the holidays of Diwali/Deepawali. The movie makers chose the most trending and popular story line which could fetch profits for the exhibitors, distributors and producer as it was relatively made with a low budget. Overall, this movie is a good one time watch for the youth and is strictly not for families. The film is certified A and lived up to that expectation.

RATING :  6.0/10 for this Bus stop movie.
